Step 3
Site analysis and planning
We gather site measurements, assess zoning and building code requirements, and begin mapping out the framework of your space. This step ensures the design is grounded in both inspiration and technical feasibility.
Step 4
Design development
Here’s where ideas take shape. We develop spatial layouts, conceptual designs, and renderings that reflect your vision and preferences. Selections and finishes are explored, refined, and coordinated to ensure everything works together—functionally and visually.
Step 5
Documentation and coordination
We create a detailed drawing and documentation package—your project’s roadmap. This set outlines the full scope of work clearly, making it easy for contractors, consultants, and trades to follow. Whether you’re hiring a builder or managing the work yourself, this clarity supports accurate quoting and minimizes surprises, as long as the scope remains consistent.
Step 6
Permit drawings
If permitting is required, we’ll prepare and submit the necessary code-compliant drawing set, customized to your municipality’s requirements. This helps streamline the permitting process and keeps your project timeline on track.
Step 7
Ongoing support
Even after the drawings are complete, we stay available to support your project through construction. From clarifications to check-ins, we’re here to help you and your team keep things moving smoothly and intentionally.
